CEBS was established
in Australia in 1913 and in 1915 in Queensland.
Membership
in Queensland
There are branches in the Dioceses of
Brisbane and Rockhampton.
Aims and Purposes

For boys and young
men to become Christian and be involved in their local Church

For boys and young
men to grow spiritually, mentally and physically as disciples of
Jesus Christ

To develop strong
branches of the Society with trained leaders in local churches;

to support the vision and mission of the local Church

for boys and young men to meet together

to encourage boys and young men in Godly living
Main
Activities
Cebs
aims are to bring boys, young men and their families into a living
relationship with Christ. It does this by promoting a 4 cornered
program developing the Mental, Social, Spiritual and Physical
aspects of the boy. Cebs main avenue for achieving this is through
weekly branch meetings, adventure camps and hikes and
inter-branch
activities.
